MS-HT class presents capstone projects

The Master of Science in Health Technology (MS-HT) program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign trains students to be human factors professionals. The MS-HT is a one-year (12 month), professional program that combines human factors training with engineering principles, and design in the context of health.

The program culminates in an intensive Capstone Project, where students participate in a hands-on learning experience and gain exposure to solving real-world health technology problems. Sponsored by a company, organization, or faculty member, students spend the summer semester working on a project to improve health and well-being of individuals. In addition to providing deliverables to the capstone supervisor, students prepare a final technical report and presentation.

On Aug. 4, 2022, MS-HT students showcased poster presentation of their capstone projects during a ceremony at the i-Hotel.
